Independent service. Uses public information supplied by Companies House. Statutrak is not affiliated with Companies House and does not provide legal or accounting advice.
Start by checking what Companies House currently shows
Use the checker above to compare the current public Companies House record with the problem you are trying to resolve. Statutrak surfaces public status information and official dates that Companies House makes available for active directors and individual PSCs.
A public status that has not changed does not prove that a recent submission failed. Processing or display timing and incomplete role-linking are separate possibilities. For the broader checker, see Companies House identity verification status.
I verified my identity but still appear unverified
Identity verification and connecting that verified identity to a specific Companies House role are related but distinct steps. Directors use their personal code for relevant appointments, while individual PSCs follow a separate role-specific process.
If you are both a director and a PSC, you may have obligations for both roles. Read the director identity-verification guide and the PSC identity-verification guide. Do not infer a backend failure solely from a public record that has not yet changed.
I cannot find my Companies House personal code
Your Companies House personal code contains 11 characters and belongs to you as an individual, not to the company. If you verified with GOV.UK One Login, sign in to Companies House using the same email address and open Manage account.
For identity verification completed after 8 July 2026, Companies House also sends the personal code by email. If an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) completed your verification, Companies House says the code is sent to the email address supplied through that route. The same personal code can be reused when connecting your verified identity to relevant roles and appointments.
Read the Companies House personal-code guide and the official personal-code guidance on GOV.UK. Statutrak does not ask for or collect your code.
My personal code does not match the Companies House record
Companies House personal-code guidance identifies several possible causes: the code may have been entered incorrectly, the date of birth held on Companies House records may be incorrect, or an ACSP may have supplied incorrect details.
Follow the documented Companies House route to correct the underlying details before trying to connect the verified identity again. Do not share a personal code or date of birth with Statutrak; the public checker does not need either.
I am a director and PSC — do I need to do both?
Identity verification itself is generally performed once, and the same Companies House personal code can be reused. The verified identity must still be connected to each relevant role. Director requirements and PSC requirements are separate, so completing the director step does not always complete the PSC role.
Every PSC has an applicable 14-day period to provide their code and verification statement, with dates that depend on their circumstances. Use the official Companies House identity-verification guidance and PSC verification guidance for the applicable route. The director guide and PSC guide explain the role-specific public status checks.
I cannot file my confirmation statement
Current directors must meet the applicable identity-verification requirements in the confirmation-statement process, including providing the relevant personal-code information. Companies House states that a confirmation statement will not be accepted until all directors have met the applicable identity-verification requirements.
Read the Companies House identity-verification guidance, file your confirmation statement and review the official confirmation-statement filing guidance.
As a first check, search the company above to see what the public register currently shows for each active director. Statutrak cannot file the statement or determine why an internal filing transaction is unresolved.
GOV.UK One Login is looping or showing “too many redirects”
First check that you are using the official GOV.UK Companies House identity-verification entry point. Retry from that route in a standard supported browser. As a general browser-session check, you can try a private/incognito window; this may identify a stale session, but it does not prove or fix a Companies House verification-status issue.
Keep browser/session troubleshooting separate from the public-record question. Statutrak does not fix GOV.UK One Login. If the official service still fails, use the Companies House or GOV.UK support route.
What if another director has not verified?
Statutrak can show the public information currently available for active directors. Companies House requires directors to meet applicable identity-verification requirements, and confirmation-statement filing can be affected when those requirements are not satisfied.
Search the public register to check each active director, then use the official filing guidance for the next action. Questions about governance, removing a director or resolving a dispute may require professional legal or company-secretarial advice.
When should I contact Companies House?
Use official support when an official service appears to be malfunctioning, details are incorrect and cannot be corrected through the documented route, a personal code cannot be recovered through the account or ACSP route, or you have evidence of successful completion but the expected Companies House process remains unresolved.
Contact Companies House through GOV.UK for account and filing support. Statutrak is an independent public-record monitor and cannot access the Companies House account, internal processing queue or support case.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Companies House still show me as unverified?
A public record may not have changed yet, the verified identity may still need to be connected to the relevant director or PSC role, or details may not match. Check what Companies House currently shows, then follow the official role-specific route rather than assuming that one public status proves an internal submission failed.
Where is my Companies House personal code?
If you verified with GOV.UK One Login, sign in to Companies House with the same email address and open Manage account. For identity verification completed after 8 July 2026, Companies House also sends the code by email. An ACSP supplies the code through the route described in the official guidance.
I verified as a director. Do I need to do anything as a PSC?
Identity verification is generally completed once and the same personal code can be reused, but the verified identity must be connected to each relevant role. A person who is both a director and an individual PSC may need to complete both the director and PSC steps.
Why can’t I file my confirmation statement?
Companies House requires applicable identity-verification requirements to be met for current directors. It states that a confirmation statement will not be accepted until all directors have met the applicable requirements and the relevant personal-code information has been provided through the filing process.
Does Statutrak verify my identity?
No. Statutrak checks public Companies House information currently available for a company. Identity verification must be completed through GOV.UK One Login or an Authorised Corporate Service Provider.
Can Statutrak tell whether my recent verification submission succeeded?
No. Statutrak can show the public record currently available, including status information and official dates supplied by Companies House. It cannot see internal processing queues or confirm that a just-submitted transaction has finished processing.
