Terms of Service

The rules for using Statutrak, reviewing public company information and managing an annual monitoring subscription.

1. Operator and acceptance

Statutrak is operated by Dong Li, an individual. By using Statutrak, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Statutrak for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Service description

Statutrak is a UK company compliance monitoring SaaS that uses public Companies House information to help users review company status, annual accounts, confirmation statements, director identity-verification information and PSC identity-verification information, where those fields are supplied by the public record.

Statutrak is independent of Companies House. It is not Companies House, an accountant, a solicitor or an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP). It does not file documents for you, replace an official filing route or provide legal or accounting advice. Companies House data may be incomplete, delayed or changed after it is displayed. When an official date is not supplied, Statutrak does not invent or calculate a statutory deadline from missing information.

3. Account and security

Statutrak uses Magic Link sign-in. You must provide an email address that you control and keep it current so that you can receive account and service messages. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your email account secure.

Tell us promptly at hello@statutrak.co.uk if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Subscription plans

The free and paid plans, current prices and included limits are shown on the Pricing page. The current annual paid plans are Pro at £39 per year for up to 5 companies, Business at £99 per year for up to 25 companies and Agency at £199 per year for up to 100 companies. Features and limits may change when the Pricing page is updated; the plan and price shown at checkout apply to your order.

5. Billing and automatic renewal

Paid plans are annual subscriptions. When you place an order, you authorise recurring annual charges until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current renewal price unless cancelled before the next renewal. Any applicable taxes or VAT are shown and handled at checkout.

Waffo Pancake is the payment processor and Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Waffo Pancake processes payment card details through its checkout and payment systems. Statutrak does not store complete card numbers; it retains only the subscription and transaction metadata needed to provide access, support billing and maintain account entitlements.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel online through the Waffo Pancake Consumer Portal: in My Statutrak, choose Manage billing & subscription, then sign in to the portal with the email address used at checkout. You can open the portal at https://pancake.waffo.ai/consumer/portal/login. You can also contact hello@statutrak.co.uk for support, but email is not the only cancellation route.

After cancellation, an active subscription normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew. Waffo Pancake may show the subscription as canceling before it becomes canceled. Cancellation does not normally remove access immediately.

7. Refund policy

For a first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge. A duplicate charge is eligible for a full refund. If a confirmed serious service interruption lasts more than 72 continuous hours, we may provide a proportionate refund or extend the affected service period. Any mandatory refund or statutory cancellation right takes priority.

Apart from those cases, a subscription period that has started is normally non-refundable. Request a refund at hello@statutrak.co.uk. Approved refunds are processed through the original Waffo Pancake payment path.

8. Billing disputes

Please contact hello@statutrak.co.uk before raising a bank dispute or chargeback so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. We aim to acknowledge billing queries within 2 business days.

9. Public data and intellectual property

Companies House information is public register information supplied by Companies House and remains subject to the applicable official terms. Statutrak owns or licenses its software, page design, written content, data organisation logic and reminder and monitoring workflows.

You must not bypass access controls, use automated collection in a way that interferes with a service, misuse public data, disrupt Statutrak, use the service unlawfully or impersonate Companies House or Statutrak.

10. Acceptable use

Use Statutrak only for lawful company compliance research and monitoring that you are entitled to perform. Do not use it to harass people, make decisions about individuals unrelated to company compliance, test or attack the service, submit misleading information or infringe another person's rights.

11. Privacy and payments

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Statutrak processes and why. Waffo Pancake handles payment card data. Statutrak does not store complete bank-card details and keeps only the account, subscription and transaction metadata needed for the service.

12. Accuracy and disclaimer

Statutrak presents current public Companies House information when it is available to the service. It does not guarantee that the information is complete, current or error-free, and it does not infer identity-verification due dates that are missing from the official record. Check GOV.UK or Companies House directly before taking a filing, identity-verification or legal decision. Nothing in Statutrak is legal, accounting or professional advice.

13. Termination

You may stop using Statutrak and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, unlawful use or conduct that threatens the service or other users. If we end a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will handle any unused prepaid period in accordance with applicable law and the refund policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the Laws of the People's Republic of China. This section is not intended to remove any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. For a material change, we will aim to give at least 14 days' notice by email to the account address or through an in-service notice when appropriate. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.

16. Contact

For support, billing, refunds, cancellation assistance, privacy requests or legal questions, contact hello@statutrak.co.uk.
