What we do
Companies House provides a rich public record, but the information needed for a routine compliance check can sit across a company profile, officer records and the PSC register. Statutrak brings those pieces into one view. It highlights annual accounts, confirmation statement information, active directors and active individual persons with significant control.
For dates, our rule is simple: display official dates when the public API provides them. Identity-verification data can include a due date, a statement date, a start or end date, verified status, or no date at all. We preserve that distinction so people can see the limits of the record.
What we do not do
Statutrak is not Companies House, an accountant, a solicitor or an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. We do not file documents, verify identity, calculate a missing legal deadline or decide whether a company has met every obligation. The service is a practical monitoring layer over public data and should be used alongside official guidance and professional advice where appropriate.

A status is useful only when it leads somewhere. Each result therefore links to the relevant GOV.UK or Companies House guidance.
