Information we process
Company searches use names or company numbers that you enter. Company, officer and PSC information displayed in results comes from the public Companies House register. Statutrak does not ask for or store dates of birth, home addresses or identity documents.
If you request a reminder or join early access, we process your email address. A reminder also stores the company number, company name, reminder category and the official due date used for that reminder. We use this information to provide the requested service and manage the free company limit.
How information is used
Search queries are used to retrieve the matching public record. Reminder details are used to schedule and send the requested message. Early-access details are used only to tell you when the relevant monitoring plan becomes available. We do not sell email addresses.
Service providers and retention
We may use hosting, database and email-delivery providers to operate Statutrak. They process information on our instructions. Reminder records are retained while active or for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service.
Cookies and logs
The MVP does not require advertising cookies. Hosting infrastructure may produce security and diagnostic logs such as request time, IP address and user agent. These logs are used to keep the service reliable and secure.
Your choices
You may use the compliance checker without providing an email address. To request access, correction or deletion of reminder or early-access information, email support@statutrak.co.uk from the address concerned. The operator can locate and delete the corresponding user and reminder records in Supabase.
Accuracy and external links
Public company information is supplied by Companies House and may change. External GOV.UK, Companies House, accountant or ACSP websites operate under their own privacy terms. Review those terms before providing information to them.
